Quali dati raccogliamo
- Richiesta di preventivo: nome e cognome, email, telefono (facoltativo), date del soggiorno, numero di ospiti, appartamento, richieste e messaggio.
- Newsletter: indirizzo email, solo se dai il consenso.
- Dati tecnici: il fornitore che ospita il sito registra in automatico dati tecnici di navigazione (ad esempio indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta) per sicurezza e funzionamento. Non li usiamo per profilarti.
Perché li trattiamo e su quale base
- Rispondere alla tua richiesta e inviarti il preventivo: misure precontrattuali richieste da te (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Inviarti la newsletter con le offerte: tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che puoi revocare in ogni momento con il link presente in ogni email o scrivendoci.
- Sicurezza del sito: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Se la richiesta diventa una prenotazione, trattiamo i dati per eseguire il contratto e rispettare gli obblighi di legge, ad esempio la comunicazione degli alloggiati alla Questura e l'imposta di soggiorno (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.c GDPR).
Per quanto tempo
Le richieste di preventivo che non diventano prenotazioni sono cancellate entro 24 mesi. L'email della newsletter è conservata fino alla revoca del consenso. I dati delle prenotazioni sono conservati per il tempo previsto dalle norme fiscali e di pubblica sicurezza.
Chi li tratta per nostro conto
I dati sono trattati dal titolare e dai fornitori tecnici nominati responsabili del trattamento: il servizio di hosting e di gestione dei moduli del sito (Netlify, Inc., USA, che aderisce all'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), il servizio di statistica GoatCounter e il servizio di posta elettronica. Possono essere comunicati al commercialista per gli adempimenti fiscali. Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati a terzi per fini commerciali.
Cookie e tecnologie simili
Questo sito non usa cookie, né di profilazione né di terze parti, e non incorpora mappe, video o pulsanti social di altri siti. I caratteri tipografici sono caricati direttamente dal nostro sito, senza servizi esterni.
Statistiche delle visite. Per sapere quante persone visitano il sito e da dove arrivano usiamo GoatCounter, un servizio di statistica che non usa cookie, non salva l'indirizzo IP e non permette di identificare i visitatori: raccoglie solo dati aggregati e anonimi (pagine viste, sito di provenienza, tipo di dispositivo, lingua e paese) e conta i clic sui contatti (WhatsApp, telefono, email) e gli invii dei moduli, senza registrarne il contenuto.
Per questo non è necessario un banner per il consenso, come previsto dalle Linee guida cookie del Garante privacy del 10 giugno 2021 per gli strumenti di statistica che non identificano gli utenti.
Il sito salva solo nel tuo browser la lingua che hai scelto (memoria locale), per mostrartela la volta successiva. È un'informazione tecnica che non viene inviata a noi e che puoi cancellare dalle impostazioni del browser.
I link a Booking.com, Google Maps e WhatsApp aprono siti esterni, che hanno le loro informative.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, opporti al trattamento e revocare il consenso, scrivendo a info@adriaresidence.it. Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

What data we collect
- Quote request: full name, email, phone (optional), dates of stay, number of guests, apartment, requests and message.
- Newsletter: email address, only if you give your consent.
- Technical data: the provider hosting the website automatically records technical browsing data (for example IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and operation. We do not use it to profile you.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and send you a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send you the newsletter with our offers: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us.
- Website security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If your request becomes a booking, we process the data to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations, such as registering guests with the police (Questura) and the tourist tax (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months. The newsletter email address is kept until you withdraw your consent. Booking data is kept for the period required by tax and public security regulations.
Who processes it on our behalf
The data is processed by the controller and by technical providers appointed as data processors: the website hosting and form service (Netlify, Inc., USA, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), the GoatCounter statistics service and the email service. It may be shared with our accountant for tax purposes. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use cookies, neither profiling nor third-party cookies, and does not embed maps, videos or social buttons from other websites. Fonts are loaded directly from our own website, without external services.
Visitor statistics. To know how many people visit the website and where they come from, we use GoatCounter, a statistics service that does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and cannot identify visitors: it only collects aggregated, anonymous data (pages viewed, referring website, device type, language and country) and counts clicks on our contacts (WhatsApp, phone, email) and form submissions, without recording their content.
For this reason no consent banner is needed, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021 for statistics tools that do not identify users.
The website only saves the language you chose in your own browser (local storage), so it can show it to you next time. This is technical information that is not sent to us and that you can delete in your browser settings.
Links to Booking.com, Google Maps and WhatsApp open external websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to info@adriaresidence.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Welche Daten wir erheben
- Angebotsanfrage: Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail, Telefon (freiwillig), Reisedaten, Anzahl der Gäste, Wohnung, Wünsche und Nachricht.
- Newsletter: E-Mail-Adresse, nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung.
- Technische Daten: Der Anbieter, bei dem die Website gehostet wird, speichert automatisch technische Nutzungsdaten (zum Beispiel IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite) für Sicherheit und Betrieb. Wir nutzen sie nicht, um Profile zu erstellen.
Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage
- Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage und Zusendung des Angebots: vorvertragliche Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Versand des Newsletters mit unseren Angeboten: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie jederzeit über den Link in jeder E-Mail oder durch eine Nachricht an uns widerrufen können.
- Sicherheit der Website: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
- Wird aus der Anfrage eine Buchung, verarbeiten wir die Daten zur Vertragserfüllung und zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten, etwa der Gästemeldung an die Polizei (Questura) und der Kurtaxe (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO).
Speicherdauer
Angebotsanfragen, aus denen keine Buchung wird, werden innerhalb von 24 Monaten gelöscht. Die E-Mail-Adresse für den Newsletter wird bis zum Widerruf der Einwilligung gespeichert. Buchungsdaten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es die steuer- und sicherheitsrechtlichen Vorschriften verlangen.
Wer die Daten in unserem Auftrag verarbeitet
Die Daten werden vom Verantwortlichen und von technischen Dienstleistern als Auftragsverarbeiter verarbeitet: dem Hosting- und Formulardienst der Website (Netlify, Inc., USA, Teilnehmer am EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), dem Statistikdienst GoatCounter und dem E-Mail-Dienst. Für steuerliche Zwecke können sie an unseren Steuerberater weitergegeben werden. Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken an Dritte weiter.

Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies – weder Profiling- noch Drittanbieter-Cookies – und bindet keine Karten, Videos oder Social-Media-Schaltflächen anderer Websites ein. Die Schriften werden direkt von unserer Website geladen, ohne externe Dienste.
Besucherstatistik. Um zu wissen, wie viele Menschen die Website besuchen und woher sie kommen, nutzen wir GoatCounter, einen Statistikdienst ohne Cookies, der keine IP-Adressen speichert und keine Besucher identifizieren kann: Er erfasst nur zusammengefasste, anonyme Daten (aufgerufene Seiten, verweisende Website, Gerätetyp, Sprache und Land) und zählt Klicks auf unsere Kontakte (WhatsApp, Telefon, E-Mail) sowie gesendete Formulare, ohne deren Inhalt zu speichern.
