Poche regole chiare, valide per chi prenota direttamente con noi.
Prezzo
- Il prezzo è per l'appartamento intero, non a persona: da 350 € a settimana in estate e da 300 € a settimana in inverno (Conchiglia Superior). Il prezzo esatto per le tue date è nel preventivo.
- Sono compresi luce, acqua, gas, pulizie finali, Wi-Fi e posto auto coperto.
- Su richiesta, a pagamento: biancheria da letto 10 € a persona, set asciugamani 15 € a persona.
Conferma e pagamento
- Confermi la prenotazione con un acconto del 25% tramite bonifico.
- Il saldo si paga all'arrivo.
- Tassa di soggiorno: 1,50 € a persona a notte, solo per i maggiorenni, per le prime 7 notti e solo da giugno a settembre. Si paga in contanti all'arrivo.
Disdetta
Se devi disdire, l'acconto non viene restituito, ma non lo perdi: puoi usarlo come buono per un soggiorno l'anno successivo.
Arrivo e partenza
- Check-in garantito dalle 15:00, check-out entro le 10:00.
- Ti accogliamo in ufficio e ti consegniamo le chiavi di persona. All'arrivo servono i documenti d'identità di tutti gli ospiti, come previsto dalla legge.
- Se arrivi prima, scrivici: quando possibile lasci subito l'auto nel parcheggio e vai al mare.
Regole della casa
- Silenzio dalle 23:00 alle 08:00.
- Gli animali non sono ammessi.
- Un'auto per appartamento, nel posto auto assegnato.
- Negli appartamenti possono stare solo gli ospiti registrati all'arrivo.
- In caso di maltempo, tira su la tenda del balcone.

Booking conditions
A few clear rules for guests who book directly with us.
Price
- The price is for the whole apartment, not per person: from €350 a week in summer and from €300 a week in winter (Conchiglia Superior). The exact price for your dates is in your quote.
- Electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, Wi-Fi and a covered parking space are included.
- On request, at an extra charge: bed linen €10 per person, towel set €15 per person.
Confirmation and payment
- You confirm your booking with a 25% deposit by bank transfer.
- The balance is paid on arrival.
- Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night, for adults only, for the first 7 nights and only from June to September. Paid in cash on arrival.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, the deposit is not refunded, but you don't lose it: you can use it as a voucher for a stay the following year.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in guaranteed from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
- We welcome you at the office and hand you the keys in person. On arrival we need an ID document for every guest, as required by Italian law.
- If you arrive early, message us: whenever possible you can leave your car in the car park straight away and head to the beach.
House rules
- Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- One car per apartment, in the assigned parking space.
- Only guests registered on arrival may stay in the apartments.
- In bad weather, please roll up the balcony awning.

Buchungsbedingungen
Wenige, klare Regeln für alle, die direkt bei uns buchen.
Preis
- Der Preis gilt für die ganze Wohnung, nicht pro Person: ab 350 € pro Woche im Sommer und ab 300 € pro Woche im Winter (Conchiglia Superior). Den genauen Preis für Ihre Reisedaten finden Sie im Angebot.
- Strom, Wasser, Gas, Endreinigung, WLAN und ein überdachter Parkplatz sind inklusive.
- Auf Anfrage gegen Aufpreis: Bettwäsche 10 € pro Person, Handtuchset 15 € pro Person.
Bestätigung und Zahlung
- Sie bestätigen die Buchung mit einer Anzahlung von 25 % per Überweisung.
- Der Restbetrag wird bei Ankunft bezahlt.
- Kurtaxe: 1,50 € pro Person und Nacht, nur für Erwachsene, für die ersten 7 Nächte und nur von Juni bis September. Sie wird bei Ankunft in bar bezahlt.
Stornierung
Wenn Sie stornieren müssen, wird die Anzahlung nicht erstattet, verfällt aber nicht: Sie können sie als Gutschein für einen Aufenthalt im folgenden Jahr nutzen.
Anreise und Abreise
- Check-in garantiert ab 15:00 Uhr, Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr.
- Wir empfangen Sie im Büro und übergeben Ihnen persönlich die Schlüssel. Bei Ankunft benötigen wir, wie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, einen Ausweis aller Gäste.
- Wenn Sie früher ankommen, schreiben Sie uns: Wenn möglich, stellen Sie das Auto gleich auf dem Parkplatz ab und gehen an den Strand.
Hausordnung
- Ruhezeit von 23:00 bis 08:00 Uhr.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
- Ein Auto pro Wohnung, auf dem zugewiesenen Parkplatz.
- In den Wohnungen dürfen nur die bei Ankunft gemeldeten Gäste übernachten.
- Bei schlechtem Wetter bitte die Markise am Balkon einfahren.
